CNC-bent oval tube, robot-welded, electro-galvanised and clear double-powder-coated for more than 100 hours of salt-spray resistance.
Chassis and handle uprights are formed from flat oval steel tube on automatic CNC benders and robot-welded in jigs. Steel parts are electro-galvanised, passivated and clear double-powder-coated. Forks and wheels are rated at 100 kg.
