Victor Segal, aged 70, Non-executive Chairman
After qualifying and practising briefly as a solicitor, Victor joined the merchant bank Singer & Friedlander Ltd. in 1968. He became a director in 1976, retiring from the bank in 2000. After a spell in the investment department, Victor joined the international department and became its head in 1984. Areas of experience included investment management and various aspects of international finance. Latterly, Victor sat on the bank's executive and risk review committees.

Michael Wolfe, aged 56, Chief Executive
Mike is the founder of the company and one of the major shareholders. After graduating with an Institute of Marketing Management Diploma (AIMM), he spent 12 years with Unilever, gaining extensive experience in sales and marketing. He was a successful entrepeneur and shareholder in several businesses which he sold in 1993 in order to devote his full attention to the global expansion of Supercart.

Stephen Wright, aged 58, Finance Director
Stephen was appointed Finance Director of Supercart Plc in April 2004. He was the Group Operations Manager with the company since the flotation and was involved in a consultative role during 2003. He is a chartered accountant having qualified with Price Waterhouse London in 1978 and has extensive experience in the retail and software industries in both North America and Europe. Previously Stephen was Finance Director for TrakATag Limited, a private technology development company in the Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) field.
